in conventional system, ice layer builds up on the evaporator coil, affecting chamber air-flow circulation and energy transfer. therefore, system must be de-frosted and down time on the equipment.

for this th system, the ice layer/front thickness will not increase after a certain thickness (about 2cm) when equilibrium is achieved between ice deposition and removal by air-flow. operator does not have to defrost during operation or at regular intervals.

tangent blow fan ensures good air circulation which maintains uniform temperature and humidity in chamber. once user opens door, heater and tangent flow fan stop automatically. this prevents sudden temperature and humidity change inside chamber resulting from air inflow from outside environment.

1. once over-temperature limiter activates, supply power is blocked and the unit stops with audible alarm function.  after checking causes of malfunction, user must restart the unit manually.

2. when the humidifying water in cartridge reservoir goes down below certain level, buzzer alarm notifies user. additionally, when water in supplementary water-level safety device is low, supply power is cut off and unit stops with audible alarm.

3. when door opens and time lapses for 1 minute, alarm notifies user. if 1 minute lapses after alarming, unit stops automatically.

4. when short-circuit or over-current happens, supply power is cut off and stops automatically.
